Foods rich in fatty acids, effective against breast cancer

According to research published in the journal Menopause, foods rich in fatty acids reduce the risk of breast cancer.

The research was conducted in collaboration with the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). Researchers say that fatty acids are not produced naturally in the human body.

Therefore, it is important to consume foods like fish, leafy vegetables, and oils obtained from vegetables and seeds.

These foods help build fatty acids that play an important role in protecting against breast cancer.

Dr. Chrisandra Shufelt says that this study highlights the effects of lifestyle, habits, and polyunsaturated fatty acids in food and drink that increase the risk of breast cancer.

Dr. Chrysandra Schofelt says women can reduce their risk of cancer by consuming fruits, vegetables, fiber and whole grains.

In the said study, 1600 breast cancer cases were studied. Researchers analyzed the effects of fatty acids on patients and healthy individuals.

This study has revealed that lifestyle and dietary intake of foods rich in fatty acids increase the risk of breast cancer.

If we want to reduce the risk of breast cancer, we have to add fatty acids to the diet.

It should be noted that according to the US Department of Health, 264,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year and approximately 42,000 women die from this disease annually.
